hey all you dads out ther happy fathers day to you..cannot believe its been almost a month since i last posted, things have been crazy home,at work,
countdown ..2 weeks to go till they move, the house is an absolute disaster, i cannot believe that they had so much stuff in the house, and they are taking it all with them into a house 1/2 size of the current house......i plan on moving sometime mid july, gonna try and get house listed by first part of july, i contacted my bank the other day to advise them of the situation, and they gave me 3 options, first was to make the payment like i am supposed to, second is to take in borders, third is to get a part time job, nothing about helping with interest rate,reduction in payments.am going to try for a short sale, but if that doesn't work will go for a deed in lieu of forclosure, have contracted a realtor and am talking with attorney to help with all this....
anyways thats about it for now, i will not stay away so long as you guys are my lifeline here right now and have missed you all
