the house

well hot ones in blog land, i think i have to come to the realization that i am not going to be able to keep the ol house.......with a debt to income ratio of approx 62% and the prospect of a close to 2k monthly payment i fear i must let it go.....am doing some research on something called a short sale and if anyone out there has a clue how this process works will appreciate any help you can give.......
progress is being made, we gave the attorney all the info on thursday, will meet next thursday to sign, he will file and in approx 6 weeks will all be done....single, gay, true to self, real to the world, old,fat and ready to take on anything at this point...very excited about a lot of stuff right now, mixed, scared, and bla bla bla.......
all for now
over and out in beautiful cleveland

Dave....ugh... you need to learn the positive gay words! Not old but a 'Hot Daddy' and not fat but a 'cute bear'....you will have to get with the modern gay times now!!!! Good luck buddy! ;)

True to yourself and real to the world.....oh my. Think if you were just the opposite: NOT true to yourself and FAKE to the world. Not pretty, is it.

You don't need to be saddled with a house right now. Sell it and lease a place for a year. Condo might be a good idea, no yard work.

You are making amazing progress. Keep up the good work.

Let me know whether or not you received the short sale information I e-mailed to you. Definitely call if you have any questions.

As we discussed, perhaps a change in living accommodations would be for the best anyway as you move forward on your journey. I hope all continues to move smoothly with the divorce.

As Manxxman said, know that through all of this you are making progress!! And there's nothing better than being "true to self."

Just make sure that the bank/mortgage company doesn't screw you by reporting it to the credit bureaus as a foreclosure. That's what happened to us and we're stuck with it for the next couple of years . . .

Remember my friend, "One Day at a Time" everything will work out for you, your friends will not have it any other way. ((((Hugs)))

I am looking at selling up for the same reason. Traumatic but essential.

Glad you are finding excitement though.
