direction?

last night i got on the freeway I271 to be exact, was heading just couple exists and ended up driving about 60 miles before realized what i was doing and where i was going, just totally lost train of thought as to what i was doing, started thinking about, just for a minute, what the end results would be should the car run off the road.....for a moment the thought appeared pleasant, she would be rid of me, the debt would be taken care of, house would be taken care of, my miserable work situation right now would be taken care of, and probably no one would miss me....oh wait, my son would .....thats right.........no one to call when he needs something......but alas at last minute decided not to do it last night..............perhaps tonight. should go for another ride..........after all, need to go put on my happy face at church for music rehersals and thus get to see all my "friends"..............

Hey Dave - I certainly understand your driving experience you had. I just wanted you to know you are not alone...and that there is someone thinking of you and hoping things are getting better.

You'll be doing more harm than good, Dave. I hope your direction remains on course and that your outlook on life brightens. (((Dave)))

I was feeling rather blue this past week also......thinking of all the debt I'm left to deal with and the sure knowledge that no matter how much I give her it will never really be enough.......

Chin up.....I'm trying to keep mine there.....

Maybe you should come down to Lexington for a visit.....Geoff and I are always up for visitors.

I understand those feelings. I've had them before. Please find someone to talk to. E-mail me and I'll give you my phone number if you don't think there is anyone around you that will listen.

i've pretty much picked out the pillar I'll run into; without a seat belt of course, and in the middle of the night when there is no one else around.

then i say to myself, do i really want my last act in life to be of such monumental selfishness.

but just to make sure, i've stopped driving, and i take the bus now ; )

Sweet friend, how many times have you been there for me, reminding me to not give up, reminding me of the possibilites that lie in wait around the next bend. Don't give up, the friends you have made here love you, care about you, and are always here to give you hugs and kisses.

Been there, almost done that. Don't give up, I hear there's a silver lining somewhere. Let's keep looking for it.
